Device ENG CO.,LTD (KOSDAQ:A187870) announces share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 74,906 shares, for a total consideration of KRW 1,000 million. The purpose of the program is officer Incentive payment. The program will expire on April 24, 2018. As of January 24, 2018, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and under other capacities.
Device ENG Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of pollution control equipment. The company operates its business through two segments. The Pollution Control Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of pollution control equipment such as display cleaning equipment for the organic light emitting diode (OLED) deposition process, optical inspection equipment and semiconductor wafer storage container decontamination equipment as well as others. The Material Part and Other segment is engaged in the sale of high precision filters.
