DesignEXchange Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company which operates through three business segments. The Design segment is engaged in the sale of designed contents through Internet, the production of contents for mobile terminal use, the provision of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) licenses to enterprises, as well as the distribution of comics for mobile terminal use, among others. The System Integration segment is engaged in the design of information systems and the production of programs. The Contents segment is engaged in the production of films and games, as well as movie remake based on copy rights. On May 1, 2011, the Company delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
