Cybergun announced on Wednesday that it had accepted Evike's offer to take over the assets of its civilian division, citing a valuation basis in excess of 10 million euros.

The manufacturer of licensed replica BB guns, which had received three letters of intent for this activity which generated 21.3 million euros in 2023, said its decision followed an 'in-depth' analysis.

We chose the partner who offered the most credible project, valuing our assets at their fair price and offering realistic prospects for brands and customers", explained managing director Hugo Brugière.

Cybergun recalls that it had been working with Evike since 2020 on the exclusive distribution of the majority of the product range on the European market, and on the marketing of its 'consumer' products in the United States.

This sale - payment for which should be spread over three years - should enable Cybergun to create a 'pure player' (specialist) with a profitable growth profile that is much more attractive to investors.

The proceeds from the sale of these assets will be used to support the development plan for its military division, which posted sales of 21.4 million euros last year.

An agreement is expected to be signed during the 3rd quarter.
