Crown Castle Inc. announced that Daniel K. Schlanger will, effective March 31, 2024, depart from the company. Mr. Schlanger currently serves as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This event meets the definition of a Qualifying Termination pursuant to the severance agreement Mr. Schlanger entered into with the Company effective April 2016.
