Duncan Cooper

As announced on 11 July 2023, Duncan Cooper stepped down from the Board as Group Finance Director on

13 December 2023 (the "Termination Date").

  • No further salary or benefits were paid after the Termination Date. He has not received any compensation for loss of office.
  • He is not eligible for an annual bonus payment in respect of FY23 (including his time served in respect of FY24).
  • His outstanding awards under the LTIP made in 2021, 2022 and 2023 will lapse.
  • His DBP options in respect of the annual bonus for the financial years ended 30 October 2021 and 2022 will also lapse.

The Company's Remuneration Report for the financial year ended 31 October 2024 will include details of remuneration paid to Duncan Cooper from 1 November 2023 to 13 December 2023.
