On January 12, 2022, Covetrus, Inc. (the "Company") will present at the 2022 J.P. Morgan Virtual Healthcare Conference. Management will provide a business and strategy update during its presentation (the "Management Presentation"), including fiscal 2022 guidance and financial growth targets.
