POS F&B Co., Ltd. and Modern Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an unknown stake in TIANJIN SamwooEms Co.,Ltd. from Cosnine Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A082660) for KRW 500 million on December 20, 2019. The consideration shall be paid in cash. The down payment of KRW 50 million shall be paid by each seller respectively on December 23, 2019 and the balance of KRW 200 million shall be paid by each seller respectively on December 26, 2019. TIANJIN SamwooEms operates as a subsidiary of Cosnine. The transaction shall be completed on December 26, 2019. Sangjeewon Accounting Corporation acted as accountant for Cosnine. Middle and New Man Accounting Corporation acted as accountant for Cosnine.
