COMTEC INC. is a Japan-based company mainly provides information technology (IT) services, marketing support services and data management services. The Company operates in three business segments. The IT Services segment is engaged in the development and management of general purpose systems, open systems and Internet systems, the management and design of networks, as well as the construction of systems. The Marketing Support Services segment is engaged in business agency, outbound telemarketing business, the operation of contact centers to respond to orders and queries through telephones, facsimiles, direct mails and the Internet. This segment also provides fulfillment services to support payment and logistic business, among others. The Data Management Services segment provides information processing services such as data input and data management services and others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had four subsidiaries.
