NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional ("CSN" or "Company"), pursuant to art. 33, XXXIII of CVM Resolution 80/22, and in compliance with the guidelines contained in the Ofício Circular/Anual-2023-CVM/SEP, informs that it has received a request for the adoption of the multiple voting procedure by shareholders jointly holding shares representing more than 5% of the Company's voting capital. Therefore, in conformance with the provisions of art. 141 of Law 6,404/76 and CVM Resolution 70/22, the Company's election of Board of Directors, to be resolved at the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on April 28, 2023, at 11 am, will adopt such procedure.
