Community Bank System, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.42 per share on its common stock, up 2.4% from the $0.41 dividend declared in the fourth quarter of 2019, representing an annualized yield of 2.4% based upon the $70.58 closing price of the company’s stock on January 22, 2021. The one cent per share increase declared in the third quarter of 2020 marked the 28th consecutive year of dividend increases for the company.
