Changes on the Board of Directors of Comet Holding AG
Dr Franz Richter and Dr Christoph Kutter have decided not to stand for re-election at the next Annual Shareholder Meeting. The Board of Directors would like to thank them both for their valuable contribution during their service on the Board.
"With our strategic focus on plasma control and x-ray technology, we have laid important foundations for the future of the company. As members of the Board of Directors, Franz Richter and Christoph Kutter have played a key role in this repositioning. On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to thank them for their constructive cooperation. We wish them both every success for the future," said Heinz Kundert, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
As the remaining five members of the Board possess a balanced combination of expertise and experience, the Board of Directors has decided to reduce its size to five members going forward.
