An unknown buyer acquired 10% stake in Chuou International Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:7170) from KIM Ascent Ltd. on May 18, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, the buyer acquire 0.29 million shares of Chuou International. Upon completion of the transaction, KIM Ascent will now hold 0.48 million shares representing 16.64% stake from its previous 0.76 million shares representing 26.63% stake.
