Christine International Holdings Limited Announces the Re-Designation of Directors

The board of directors of Christine International Holdings Limited announced that, with effect from 23 December 2015, Mr. Yu Lin (Mr. Lin), an existing non-executive Director, has been re-designated as an executive Director; and Mr. Chi-Ming Chou (Mr. Chou), an existing executive Director, has been re-designated as a non-executive Director.
