Chongqing Quanliuxin Building Materials Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Chongqing Hechuan District Sansheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002742) for CNY 86.7 million on January 21, 2022. Under the terms, Materials Co., Ltd. will pay CNY 5 million within seven(7) working days after signing the agreement and remaining amount within six(6) months after the completion of the transfer. Transaction has been approved by Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd. board of directors and and does not need the shareholders approval.
Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd., formerly Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co., Ltd.,is a China-based company principally engaged in the comprehensive utilization and product development of plaster resources and pharmaceutical business. The Company operates through two main segments. The Construction Materials and Chemical Industry segment is mainly involved in the manufacturing and sales of commercial concretes, water reducing agents, expanding agents and sulfuric acids. The Companyâs products are mainly applied in the construction, tunnels, bridges, seaports, roads, chemical fertilizers, chemical engineering, light manufacturing, textiles, steels and others.
