Deng Hanyin signed the Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 7.23% stake in Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd. from Zhou Ting’e for approximately CNY 160 million.

Deng Hanyin signed the Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 7.23% stake in Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002742) from Zhou Ting’e for approximately CNY 160 million on August 23, 2021. The Deng Hanyin will acquire 31.2 million shares at price of CNY 5.1 per share. The payment shall be paid by end of August 2021.
