Chiyoda Integre Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 1.73% of the outstanding shares, for ¥520 million. The purpose of the program is to implemented to improve shareholder returns based on the medium-term management plan and to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The plan will be valid till February 28, 2023. As of October 31, 2022, the company had 11,550,030 shares outstanding and 1,978,899 shares in treasury.
