China United Insurance Service, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On August 10, 2020, Ms. Yung Chi Chuang resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of China United Insurance Service, Inc., effective immediately. Ms. Chuang resigned from her position with the Company for her personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement related to the Company’s operations, accounting policies, or practices. On August 10, 2020, the Company and Ms. Mei-Guan (Joyce) Yeh entered into an engagement agreement (the “CFO Engagement Agreement”), pursuant to which Ms. Yeh was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Yeh has extensive experience in accounting management and corporate finance. From November 2019 till August 2020, Ms. Yeh worked at the Finance System & Project Department of Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan). Previously from April 2015 to June 2019, Ms. Yeh served as the Head of Finance at Schroder Investment Management (Taiwan) Ltd.
China United Insurance Service, Inc. (China United) operates in Taiwan and China through its subsidiaries Action Holdings Financial Limited (AHFL) and ZLI Holdings Limited (CU Hong Kong), respectively. AHFL holds shares of Law Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Law Enterprise), a company based in Taiwan. Law Enterprise holds shares of Law Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. (Law Broker), Law Risk Management & Consultant Co., Ltd. (Law Management) and Law Insurance Agent Co., Ltd. CU Hong Kong owns Law Anhou Insurance Agency Co., Ltd. (Anhou), which provides insurance agency services in the People's Republic of China. Law Broker and Anhou markets and sells insurance products: life insurance products, and property and casualty insurance products, both focused on meeting the particular insurance needs of individuals. The insurance products that Law Broker and Anhou sell are underwritten by certain insurance companies in Taiwan and China, respectively.
