China Titans Energy Technology Group Appoints Zhang Bo as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of China Titans Energy Technology Group Co., Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Bo was appointed as an independent non- executive director of the company, a respective member of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Board with effect from April 15, 2013.
