China Regenerative Medicine International Limited announced that with effect from 14 October 2019, Ms. Yang Ying ("Ms. Yang") has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairlady and a member of the audit committee of the Board and a member of each of the remuneration committee of the Board and the nomination committee of the Board.
