Reference is made to the announcement published by China Foods Limited (the "Company") on 30 December 2019 (the "Announcement") regarding the change of executive director, change in composition of the executive committee and change of authorised representative. Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

There is a typo error in relation to the announcement date of the Announcement in the English version of the Announcement. The announcement date of the Announcement should be "30 December 2019". The Chinese version of the Announcement is however correct.
