China Energy Development Holdings Limited Appoints Ngan Mei Ying as Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of China Energy Development Holdings Limited announced that on 10 April 2017, Ms. Ngan Mei Ying was appointed as a non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the company with immediate effect. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ngan was the accountant of China Era Power Investment (Hong Kong) Limited.
