Promtraktor OAO (Cheboksarskiy zavod promyshlennykh traktorov OAO or Promtractor OJSC) is a Russia-based manufacturer of heavy-duty dozing and ripping equipment and pipe layers. The Company's products portfolio is comprised of tractors, dozing and ripping units on the basis of CHETRA tractors, pipe layers, loaders and wheel bulldozers. Promtraktor OAO's products core consumers are oil and gas, construction and metal mining companies, such as Gazprom, Lukoil and Alrosa, among others. It operates through several subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The Company sells its products domestically and abroad, including the Commonwealth of Independent State (CIS) and other countries.
