(SHSE:600850), ECCOM Network System Co., Ltd. and ECData Infomation Technology Co.,Ltd. for CNY 3.74 million recently. ShanghaiEast-ChinaComputer Co., Ltd. held the 16th meeting of the 9th session of the board of directors on December 14, 2020, and reviewed and approved the transaction.
