An undisclosed buyer acquired Dong-A Membership Exchange Co. Ltd. from Cellumed Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A049180) for KRW 5 billion on December 26, 2013. Cellumed Co., Ltd. sold 0.2 million shares of Dong-A Membership Exchange Co. Ltd. The Board of Directors of Cellumed Co., Ltd. passed a resolution for the transaction on December 26, 2013. Cellumed Co., Ltd. will use the proceeds to pay off loan.
