Carchs Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:7602) signed a contract to acquire 50% stake in AGASTA Co., Ltd. from WebCrew Inc. (TSE:8767) for ¥270 million on July 23, 2014. Carchs Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 3000 shares of AGASTA Co., Ltd. representing 50% stake. Post transaction, WebCrew Inc. will hold 49.98% stake in AGASTA Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, WebCrew Inc. plans to acquire 0.02% stake in AGASTA Co., Ltd from Michiyo Watanabe. Board of Directors of WebCrew Inc. resolved thet ransaction. The transaction is expected to be closed by July 31, 2014.
