Camus Engineering & Construction Inc. (KOSE:A013700) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 84,000 shares for KRW 999.60 million based on the closing price of KRW 11,900 on May 26, 016. The shares will be repurchased through exchange. The purpose behind the program is to improve shareholder value to stabilize stock price. The company will repurchase up to 8,400 shares per day. The repurchase program will continue until May 27, 2016. As of May 26, 2016, the company has no treasury shares within scope available for dividend no treasury stock through other buyback.
