C.P. Tower Growth Leasehold Property Fund announced that wWith refer to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Order (issued 2) dated March 21, 2020 of the temporary closure of venues in order to limit the pandemic of Covid-19 which indicated risk premises inclusive of Shopping Center excepted supermarket, drugstore, grocery store and takeaway /food delivery that essential for daily living. Krung Thai Asset Management PCL. ("KTAM") the management company of C.P. Tower Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPTGF) would like to inform you that we have complied with the BMA Order by closing the retail premises of CP Tower 1, CP Tower 2 and CP Tower 3 from March 22 to April 12, 2020 with exceptions according to the Order as follows: Supermarket; Drugstores and Pharmacies; Food Take Away or Delivery; Financial Institution; Grocery Store for essential goods for living and other businesses as may be further announced. While the office space floor of CP Tower 1, CP Tower 2, Tesco Lotus (Supermarket) and CP Tower 3 are still opened for business.
C.P. Tower Growth Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based specific closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising for the lease of and seeking benefit from those properties. The Fund will also improve, modify, develop and/or dispose of immovable properties the Fund invests in or acquires by way of letting, subletting and/or disposing or other processes, with the aim of generating income and returns for the Fund and its unitholders. This includes investment in other properties and/or securities and/or seeking interest by any other means. Its investments in leasehold rights to properties include C.P. Tower 1 (Silom), C.P. Tower 2 (Fortune Town) and C.P. Tower 3 (Phayathai). The Fund is managed by Krung Thai Asset Management Public Company Limited (the Management Company).
