From October 1, 2017 to December 30, 2017, the company has repurchased 401,400 shares, representing 2.58% for $3.67 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 513,725 shares, representing 3.3% for $4.67 million under the buyback announced on August 21, 2017.

Its international franchising segment includes the activities of franchisees who operate store locations in certain countries and includes development fees, sales-based royalties, merchandise, supplies and fixture sales.
