Linkcity, Bouygues Construction's real estate development subsidiary, laid the foundation stone for a social residence and boarding house in the town of Dreux on Thursday.

In a press release, Linkcity points out that in 2021 it won a nationwide call for tenders launched by Adoma (CDC-Habitat Group) for VEFA social residence and boarding house projects throughout France.

Located on a 6,485 m2 plot, the project comprises 133 units, including a 103-unit social residence and a 30-unit boarding house.485 m2 , the project comprises 133 housing units, including a 103-unit social residence and a 30-unit boarding house.

The social residence will feature common and shared spaces on the ground floor, including offices for Adoma staff, multi-purpose rooms, a laundry, a laundry room, a workshop and a meeting room.

In terms of energy performance, the building is Bâtiment Énergie Environnement + (BEE+) certified.

Delivery is scheduled for October 2025.
