Linkcity, Bouygues' real estate development subsidiary, has inaugurated the 'Unity' office building in Nancy, which will house its local teams, as well as those of Bouygues Bâtiment.

Located in the city center, in the Quartier des Rives de Meurthe, this 3,500 m², six-storey project combines wood construction and bio-sourced materials.

As a reminder, Linkcity is committed to filing 30% of its building permits in wood by 2025.

A rooftop on the 4th floor offers unobstructed views and heavily planted areas, reinforcing the "cosy" ambience created by the presence of wood.

The building houses Bouygues construction (Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est, Linkcity, BYTP Régions France) on 1,809 m2, Colas on 1,017 m2, Randstad on 680 m2 and Axione on 27 m2.
