Boromir Prod SA is a Romania-based company primarily involved in the food industry. The Company is active in the flour milling and preparing flour mixes, including white and dark wheat flour, coarse flour, semolina, maize corn and bran. The Company also manufactures bakery products, such as cakes, croissants, short dough cookies, ladyfingers, pretzels, puff pastry, breads, pasta and cake bases. Additionally, the Company operates coffee shops under the brand name Boromir Pan Cafe, which offers bakery, pastry and confectionery products, as well as hot beverages. As of December 31, 2011, Boromir Prod SA held stakes in three companies: Hardwood SRL VL, Moara Cibin SA and Amylon SA.
