Blue Ribbon Income Fund announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,854,700 shares, representing 9.95% of the issued share capital of the fund. The units may be purchased for cancellation from December 5, 2017 to December 4, 2018. The shares may only be purchased at a price per unit not exceeding the last net asset value per unit. As of November 23, 2017, the company had 18,647,985 shares issued and outstanding.
