OFF-MARKET EQUAL ACCESS SHARE BUYBACK OFFER

DESPATCH OF OFFER LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms herein shall bear the meanings given in the off-market equal access share buyback offer announcement dated 31 December 2021 (the "Equal Access Offer Announcement") and the offer letter in relation to the Equal Access Offer dated 17 January 2022 (the

"Offer Letter").

1. DESPATCH OF OFFER LETTER AND ACCEPTANCE FORMS

1.1 Further to the update on the future plans of the Company dated 11 November 2021 and the Equal Access Offer Announcement dated 31 December 2021, the Board wishes to announce that the Company has despatched the Offer Letter and the accompanying acceptance forms (the "Acceptance Forms") to Shareholders today, 17 January 2022.

Shareholders who do not receive the Offer Letter and Acceptance forms within a week from 17 January 2022 may call CDP Customer Service at [phone] during operating hours on Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Saturday: 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. up to and including the Closing Date.

An electronic copy of the Offer Letter is now available on the website of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at http://www.sgx.com.
