BASICNET: 2017 corporate events calendar

The annual corporate events calendar for the approval of the financial results by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting for 2017 follows:

February 15, 2017 Board of Directors: review of 2016 preliminary results.

March 22, 2017 Board of Directors: review and approval of the statutory and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2016.

April 27, 2017 Shareholders' Meeting: approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2016 (single call).

July 28, 2017 Board of Directors: approval of the 2017 Half-Year Report.

Additional periodic financial disclosure

In terms of quarterly disclosure, BasicNetwill continue, on a voluntary basis, to publish quarterly disclosure, having adopted - until any differing assessment - the following policy:

• content of Quarterly disclosure: quarterly market disclosure shall consist of presentation of the key commercial indicators (compared with the same period of the previous year).

• Communication channels: the Quarterly disclosure shall be published in a press release to be issued on conclusion of the Board of Directors' meetings called to approve the above results.

• Quarterly disclosure approval and communication timeframe: the quarterly disclosure shall be approved by the Board of Directors at meetings to be held within 45 days from the end of the first and third quarters of each year.

In light of that above, the following meetings are scheduled for 2017:

April 27, 2017 Board of Directors: 2017 First Quarter disclosure.

October 27, 2017 Board of Directors: 2017 Third Quarter disclosure.

Any changes to the above dates will be communicated in a timely manner.
