In an interview for news portal forsal.pl, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (WSE:PEO) Chief Executive Officer Michal Krupinski declares that Bank Pekao is not interested in the acquisition of Euro Bank S.A. from Société Générale Société anonyme (ENXTPA:GLE). "Banks like ours have two possible paths of growth, the organic one and through transformative transactions. Eurobank fails to meet this requirement," explained Krupinski.
