Bank of America recently integrated an intelligent transaction search into its banking platform CashPro. With this tool, companies can gain details into its transactions such as payment status, incoming and outgoing messages, Swift GPI tracking and more, according to a press release.

By using CashPro search, companies can check on the status or details of a payment and receive real-time status updates on the resolution of a payment.

"Win-win may be an overused phrase but it's the perfect way to describe the benefits of CashPro Search with Investigations," Abbey Novack, CashPro product executive in global payment solutions at Bank of America, said in the release. "We've significantly streamlined service requests, so that rather than picking up the phone or having to send an email, a client can directly initiate and track their request within CashPro."

"CashPro Search is a major time saver for our clients who've used it 7 million times since it was initially deployed," Christian Stolcke, head of financial institutions, NBFIs and governments in global payment solutions at Bank of America, said in the release. "Within seconds, the tool searches across multiple accounts and applications to find a business transaction."
