Banco Falabella Peru SA is a Peru-based financial institution. The Bank uses a business model based in locate its offices inside malls and stores linked by the group Saga Falabella SA, in order to achieve savings in implementation of synergies. The Bank has a network of branches located in the regions of Lima, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Ica, Chiclayo and Junin. As of December 31, 2011, Falabella Peru SAA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 98.55% of its interest.
