BANCA MEDIOLANUM S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Banca Mediolanum Spa reported Friday that it bought back 333,000 of its own ordinary shares between June 24 and June 28.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR10.5582, for a total consideration of EUR3.5 million.
To date, the bank holds 5.3 million treasury shares, or 0.7 percent of its share capital.
Banca Mediolanum's stock closed Friday down 0.7 percent at EUR10.31 per share.
