São Paulo, at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, No. 1.663, 2nd floor, simultaneously held via videoconference.
Attendance: Mr./Ms. Antonio Carlos Quintella - Chairman, Caio Ibrahim David, Claudia Farkouh Prado, Cristina Anne Betts, Eduardo Mazzilli de Vassimon, Florian Bartunek, Guilherme Affonso Ferreira, João Vitor Nazareth Menin Teixeira de Souza, Mauricio Machado de Minas and Pedro Paulo Giubbina Lorenzini - Directors.
Presiding Members: Mr. Antonio Carlos Quintella - Chairman; and Ms. Iael Lukower

Discussions held by the Board of Directors, and authorization was given for these minutes to be drawn up as a summary:
4.1. Register the resignation of Ms. Ana Carla Abrão Costa as Independent and Unbound member of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee of the Company, with effects from this date.
The Directors expressed their acknowledgement to Ms. Ana Carla Abrão Costa for her inumerous contributions during her terms of office as the member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
5. Closing: There being no further business to be resolved, these minutes were drawn up and then approved and signed by all attending Directors. São Paulo, February 2, 2023.
