Dufry AG (SWX:DUFN) acquired an additional 20% stake in Dufry Lojas Francas Ltda. from Brasif Duty Free Shop Ltda. for approximately CHF 150 million on January 28, 2015. Post completion of the exercise of the option, Dufry holds 80% of Dufry Lojas Francas Ltda.
