AvePoint, Inc. provided revenue guidance for the third quarter and full year of 2023. For the third quarter of 2023, the Company expects: Total revenues of $67.6 million to $69.6 million, or 9% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.
For the full year 2023, the Company now expects: Total ARR of $258.0 million to $263.0 million, or 21% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. Total revenues of $261.9 million to $265.9 million, or 14% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.
