AvePoint, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the second quarter and full year of 2024. For the second quarter of 2024, the Company expects: Total revenues of $73.8 million to $75.8 million, or year-over-year growth of 15% at the midpoint.
For the full year 2024, the Company now expects: Total ARR of $316.8 million to $321.8 million, or year-over-year growth of 21% at the midpoint. Total revenues of $314.3 million to $320.3 million, or year-over-year growth of 17% at the midpoint.
