Assurant, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividends on its Common and Preferred Stock, Payable on March 18, 2019 and March 15, 2019, Respectively

Assurant, Inc. announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share on common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 18, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2019. The board also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.6250 per share on 6.50% mandatory convertible preferred stock.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2019.
