Assiteca S.p.A. announced that it expects to receive €25 million in funding

Assiteca S.p.A. (BIT:ASSI) announced that it has entered into an investment agreement with new investor Chaise SpA for a private placement of common shares at a price of €2.5 per share for gross proceeds of €25,000,000 on August 7, 2019. The paid up share capital of the company will increase by €1,700,000 and the premium is €23,300,000. The transaction is expected to close in the middle of next November.
