ASIAN STAR CO. is a Japan-based real estate company. The Company operates in five business segments. The Real Estate Sales segment is engaged in the sales of profitable condominiums including new homes land and single-family. It also engages in sales of profitable condominiums and residential condominiums through its subsidiary. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the maintenance and leasing management of its condominiums, among others. The Real Estate Lease segment owns and leases commercial buildings, condominiums and parking lots. The Real Estate Brokerage segment is engaged in the brokerage business related to the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate with its subsidiary.
