The Property Sales segment is responsible for the development and sale of properties. The Financial Investment segment is engaged in the investment in securities and other financial assets to generate interest and dividend income. The Hotel Business segment is responsible for the operation and management of hotels. The Property Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of properties and provision of related management services. The Other segment covers management services and other miscellaneous business.
