Applied Digital Corporation announced the formation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Applied Digital Cloud Corporation (?Applied Digital Cloud?), and the appointment of Wes Cummins, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Richard Nottenburg, a member of the Company?s Board of Directors, to the Board of Directors of Applied Digital Cloud. Richard Nottenburg will serve as the chairman.
