Anima Holding takes over its own shares for about EUR800,000

(Alliance News) - Anima Holding Spa announced Monday that it purchased 216,031 of its own ordinary shares between Dec. 27 and Dec. 30.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR3.6832, for a total value of EUR794,721.62.

As of today, the company holds 19.6 million treasury shares, or 5.7 percent of its share capital.

Anima Holding's stock is up 0.6 percent at EUR3.76 per share.
