Anika Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of David Colleran to the newly created position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In this new role, Mr. Colleran will lead the Company’s global legal organization, including corporate governance and compliance. Prior to joining Anika, Mr. Colleran served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Insulet Corporation. Prior to Insulet, he held the role of Vice President and General Counsel at Covidien.
Anika Therapeutics, Inc. is a joint preservation company focused on developing, manufacturing, and commercializing products based on hyaluronic acid (HA) technology platform.
