Caltex Australia announced changes to its senior leadership team which prepare Caltex for its next phase of strategy and growth, align the structure of its two businesses and support its strategic objectives. Responsibility for retail fuel pricing will transition from the Convenience Retail business to Fuels & Infrastructure to realise further benefits from Caltex's company-owned, end-to-end fuel supply chain. Richard Pearson has decided to leave the role of Executive General Manager, Convenience Retail, at the end of March. To lead Convenience Retail in this next stage, Caltex announced that Joanne Taylor has been appointed as the Executive General Manager, Convenience Retail. Caltex also announces the consolidation of some senior leadership team roles and expanded responsibilities for others. Alan Stuart-Grant has been appointed Executive General Manager, Strategy and Corporate Development with responsibility for business transformation; Lyndall Stoyles has been appointed Executive General Manager, People, Communications and Governance; and Viv Da Ros, Chief Information Officer, will add innovation to his existing role. These changes represent the next step in the development of Caltex's operational structure to best execute the strategy and position the business for the future.
